Yes. Clients receive real-time access to performance dashboards and regular reporting including collections rate, denial trends, AR aging, first-pass acceptance rates, and specialty-specific benchmarks. Monthly performance review calls are available for all clients.
Q: Can TxHyd help with provider credentialing and payer enrollment?
Yes. TxHyd offers credentialing and payer enrollment as an add-on service. We manage the full process from CAQH attestation to payer-specific enrollment applications ensuring your providers are credentialed accurately and enrolled as quickly as possible.
Q: What makes TxHyd different from other RCM companies?
Three things set TxHyd apart: specialty-specific expertise, a compliance-first approach, and transparency. We don’t use one-size-fits-all billing workflows. Every client gets a dedicated account team with knowledge of their specialty, payer mix, and regional billing environment backed by real-time reporting you can trust.
Q: Is there a long-term contract required?
We believe in earning your business through results. We offer flexible engagement terms and do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Our partnership is built on performance and trust not paperwork.
